Quillen VA Medical Center, Mountain Home, TN 37684 for the above-mentioned Project# 621-21-115 - Replace Building 204 Roof Phase 2. Work includes, but not limited to general construction, demolition, alterations, removal and replacement of existing structures, and certain other items such as removing existing ballasted roof systems down to existing concrete or steel roof deck and replacing it with new insulated 60 MIL EDPM roofing system per drawings and specifications.
