Renovation of a municipal facility in Neeses, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This request for proposal is for building improvements to include cleaning, painting, sheetrock installation, finishing and repairs, minor electrical, carpentry, and minor structural work. If bidders have questions, same shall be directed to the Procurement Director Mode of Communication via e-mail only, No later than Wednesday, February 16, 2022 This request for proposal is for building improvements to include cleaning, painting, sheetrock installation, finishing and repairs, minor electrical, carpentry, and minor structural work. Please see attached building layout and description of work to be performed. A. Must be a licensed General Contractor. B. The Contractor shall possess the applicable license to perform the work as herein described and as specified by local, state, and federal laws. The Contractor's licenses shall appear in the lower left-hand corner of the envelope containing the bids.
