Street Donovan, Illinois 60 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time The work consists of the removal of portions of existing heating systems. Providing variable refrigerant flow (VRF) heating and air conditioning systems consisting of suspended indoor units, refrigerant piping, outdoor condensing units, and controls. Providing electrical heaters (wall, suspended and cabinet unit). Providing gas fired suspended unit heaters in Maintenance Shop. Providing gas fired heating only grade mounted rooftop unit and ductwork for West Gymnasium. Providing gas fired, electric cooling, grade mounted rooftop unit and ductwork for East Gymnasium (Alternate Bid). Providing heating/cooling rooftop unit (in lieu of heating only unit) for West Gymnasium (Alternate Bid). Providing gas piping for new heating systems. Providing electrical panels, circuits and wiring to serve new mechanical systems. Providing fire alarm duct detectors for air handling systems. Other miscellaneous work as shown or required by the Construction Documents. Based upon a Notice to Proceed by February 24, 2022, Contractor shall substantially complete all work bybAUGUST 1, 2022. Final Pay Request shall be by OCTOBER 1, 2022 Building Renovations and Interior Remodeling: 1. Remove portions of existing heating systems. 2.
