The contract will enter into force on March 18, 2022 for a period of 3 years. A bid guarantee of a fixed amount of $10,000.00 is required. The deadline for receiving complaints filed with the school board under section 21.0.4 of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (CQLR, chapter C-65-1) is February 9, 2022. Only tenders from suppliers having an establishment in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by this agreement will be considered for the purposes of awarding the contract. All tenders must be made in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation respecting service contracts of public bodies. The School Service Center does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received. Performance bond $5000 is required.
