**As of April 8, 2022, this project has been awarded to Midwest Tennis & Track Co., Peterson Mechanical Inc., Sun Electric Inc, Ledgestone, Inc. and the awarded amount is $7,905,161 (Base Bid + Alternate 1 through 4A).** Prime Contractors: General Mechanical Electrical Grandstand Track Surfacing The Completion Date for the track and civil work is August 1st of 2022. The completion date for the remainder of the project is April 1st of 2023. In no case will the deadline for project completion be extended. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. Each bid shall be accompanied by a separate envelope containing a bidders bond in a sum equal to five percent (5%) of the full amount of the bid, executed by the bidder as principal and by a surety company authorized to do business in this state, conditioned that if the principal bid be accepted and the contract awarded to the principal, within ten days after notice of award, the principal will execute and effect a contract in accordance with the terms of the bid and a contractors bond as required by law the regulations and determinations of the governing board. All bidders must be licensed in North Dakota for the highest amount of their bids, as approved by Section 43-07-05 of the North Dakota Century Code. A copy of the bidders ND contractors license must be included in the bid bond envelope.
