Reference number : 1564397 Review Title : Realization of various projects of environmental assessments, geotechnical studies and quality control of materials Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-02-14 Submission sent electronically accepted: Yes, in two documents, a quality document and a separate price document Estimated value: $302,900 to $366,799 1- BACKGROUND As part of its approach to acquiring land, developing Parc-O-Bus (POB), interchange hubs and various other works on its infrastructure, the Réseau de transport de la Capitale (RTC) must carry out environmental analyzes of the soil and buildings to be demolished, geotechnical studies and quality control of materials during construction work. The services of a firm endowed with this expertise are required within the framework of an Open Contract. Various requests for intervention will be made as land acquisitions, demolitions, POB and pole development works and other works requiring these services are carried out. 2- WORK TO BE PERFORMED a) Perform, upon request, phase I environmental assessments and phase II environmental characterizations related to land acquisition and infrastructure development projects for public transit. b) Perform, upon request, characterizations of buildings consisting of research and analyzes to detect hazardous materials and recommend measures in their regard during demolition or repair work. c) Carry out, upon request, geotechnical studies consisting of research and analyzes to find out the nature of the soils on which public transit infrastructure development work is planned and present comments and recommendations in connection with the nature of the said planned development works. d) Make, upon request, quality controls of materials and their implementation on site throughout the development of infrastructures for public transport. 3- LOCATION The environmental assessment and characterization work must be carried out on the territory served by the PRINCIPAL.
