The Somerset Independent School District of Bexar County, Texas is accepting proposals for the resurfacing exterior natural turf football field with new synthetic turf including under drain system at Somerset Junior High School located at 4730 TX-1604 Loop, Somerset, Texas. Proposal is to be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's Check, or proposal bond issued by a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Texas, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal, payable without condition to Somerset Independent School District as a guaranty that proposer, if awarded contract, will promptly execute the agreement in accordance with the proposal. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required on this project. The Successful Proposer must deliver to the Owner fully executed Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100 percent (100%) of the accepted proposal as security for the faithful performance of the contract and payment of all persons performing labor and furnishing materials in connection with this contract. A Performance Bond will not be required in the event the contract is less than $25,000.00. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive all formalities, or to award a contract to the lowest proposer as qualified in accordance with the conditions set forth herein, or to make the award most favorable to the Owner according to the best judgment of the Owner.
