Demolition and site work for a residential development in Grand Chute, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
Grubbing & Clearing, Demolition/Building Removal/Hauling/Salvage, Landscaping. Demolition of miscellaneous structures, foundations, and outbuildings on the two sites. Project also includes clearing and grubbing site and landscape restoration. The Work will be substantially completed within 35 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 4.01 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions within 45 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Substantial Completion: Contractor shall pay Owner $1,000 for each day that expires after the time (as duly adjusted pursuant to the Contract) specified in Paragraph 4.02.A above for Substantial Completion until the Work is substantially complete. Completion of Remaining Work: After Substantial Completion, if Contractor shall neglect, refuse, or fail to complete the remaining Work within the Contract Time (as duly adjusted pursuant to the Contract) for completion and readiness for final payment, Contractor shall pay Owner $700 for each day that expires after such time until the Work is completed and ready for final payment. PROJECT - The work, in general, shall include the approximate quantities and items listed below: o 1,700 SY of Pavement Removal o 4,000 SY Landscape Restoration o Erosion Control, Site Clearing and Grubbing o Multiple Structure Razing's Location(s) in the Town of Grand Chute, Wisconsin. a. 4640 W. Prospect Avenue, Appleton, WI 54913 (Parcel 101142800) b. 3822 N. Gillett Street, Appleton WI 54913 (Parcel 101062501) The Work includes: a. 4640 W. Prospect Avenue (1) Traffic Control; (2) Erosion Control; (3) Abandonment of sanitary sewer lateral; (4) Removal of miscellaneous yard waste; (5) Clearing and Grubbing Site; (6) Removal of asphalt and concrete pavements; (7) Abandonment of monitoring well; (8) Backfilling and Compacting; (9) Razing of 3,000 square foot, two-story, brick house with a full basement; (10) Razing of 2,000 square foot, two-story, garage/chicken coop; (11) Restoration of site. b. 3822 N. Gillett Street (1) Traffic Control; (2) Erosion Control; (3) Abandonment of monitoring well; (4) Removal of concrete pavements; (5) Removal of retaining wall; (6) Removal of beam guard; (7) Razing of 4,000 square foot, two-story, barn building on a slab; (8) Removal of silo concrete foundation; (9) Backfilling and Compacting; (10) Restoration of site
