A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The project generally consists of updating and/or constructing monument signs as follows: o Monument Signs with Current Logo/Font: Add LED light feature and update landscaping (3 locations) o Monument Signs with Old Logo/Old Font: Update sign with the current logo/font, add LED light feature and update landscaping (2 locations) o Wall Sign with Old Logo/Old Font: Update wall sign with the current logo/font (1 location) o Monument Sign Replacement: Demo Existing Monument Sign and construct new monument signs per Gateway Monument Detail sheet with current logo/font, LED lighting feature and updated landscaping (7 demo/rebuild locations) o New Monument Signs: Construct new monument signs per Gateway Monument Detail sheet with current logo/font, LED lighting feature & updated landscaping (3 locations) o Potential New Monument Sign: Construct monument signs per Gateway Monument Detail sheet with current logo/font, LED lighting feature and landscaping (2 locations) Instructions to Bidders, Proposal Forms, Specifications, Plans and Contract Documents may be examined without charge at the office of the Director of Engineering, City Hall, 1945 E. Jackson Road, Carrollton, Texas 75006. Pre-bid questions may be submitted via email at victor.hou@cityofcarrollton.com until 10:00 AM on Friday, April 15, 2022. The subject of the email must read "CITY OF CARROLLTON MONUMENT SIGN PROGRAM - PRE-BID QUESTION" in order to be accepted. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in an omission of a response to the question. Questions submitted after the above deadline will not be considered. An addendum addressing the questions received will be issued no later than 11:30 AM on Monday, April 18, 2022.
