Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Colleyville, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The City seeks a qualified Bidder to perform all construction, modifications, and supply all materials and equipment for the Bransford Road Shared Use Path located along Bransford Road from City Park to Shelton Drive in Colleyville, Texas 76034. The project includes but is not limited to the following work: The project includes approximately 18,000 SF of 6'-10' wide proposed concrete hike and bike trail along the west parkway of Bransford Road and 1,200 LF 4'x2' Concrete Box Culvert, and 200 LF of 18"-24" HDPE pipe or RCP. This shared use side path will connect Colleyville City Park to the Cotton Belt Trail just north of Shelton Drive. Project Schedule: The total project timeline for this project is one hundred sixty (160) consecutive calendar days. Prior to beginning any work, the Contractor shall provide a schedule on their plan for pursuing the work to the City's Construction Manager for review and approval.
