The City of Bend invites Sealed Bids for on-call temporary traffic control services. The City reserves the right to award multiple contracts. The City intends to enter into a one year service agreement with the selected Contractor(s) with an option to renew for up to four additional years. Detailed information about the project is included in Exhibit A - Scope of Work. Bidders should allow additional time for delivery of bids as Bend City Hall is open at reduced capacity. Bidders sending bids by delivery service are encouraged to email tracking numbers to Heather Herauf, Senior Procurement Analyst, at hherauf@bendoreqon.gov. Bidders intending to hand-deliver bids must coordinate delivery of their bids by contacting Gwen Chapman at 541-388-5504 to arrange a time for delivery. In case of conflict between the unit price and the corresponding extended amount, the unit price shall govern, and the City may make arithmetic corrections on extension amounts.
