**As of March 14, 2022 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award is not yet established. This project includes renovation and remodeling of an aircraft hangar and support spaces for use as aircraft maintenance training by Sinclair Community College. A mandatory pre-bid conference, for all Prime Contractors, will be held virtually at 11:00 o’clock a.m., Dayton time, Tuesday, February 8, 2022. All meeting information for the virtual pre-bid will be available at www.questcdn.com using the Quest CDN e Bid Doc Number for this project #810363. Prime Contractors must attend the pre-bid conference meeting in its entirety. Any company not present for the entirety of the pre-bid conference will be prohibited from bidding on this project as a Prime Contractor. The purpose of the pre-bid is to explain bidding requirements, working within a secure area of the Dayton International Airport, and address Bidder concerns.
