All relevant State and/or Federal requirements will apply. This project does not require Davis-Bacon wage rates. Each proposal shall be accompanied by certified check or bidder's bond in the amount of 5% of the bid. Checks shall be drawn payable to PLEASANTON TOWNSHIP as security for the acceptance of the Contract and subject to the conditions stated in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive informality in any bid, to reject any or all bids, or accept any bid which is considered most favorable to the Owner.
