Questions are submitted online Yes. The City of Aspen is seeking a qualified full-service tree care provider to perform the variety of services required to maintain Aspens community forest . Key services included in this RFP include tree trimming and removal (on either a routine or emergency basis), consultation, and planting. This request for proposals is for a three-year service contract and includes a descriptive list of services and special requirements which the successful bidder must be able to fulfill. Companies will be bidding on a three-year contract with two additional one-year options to renew if both parties are agreeable. Every year including each year the contract is renewed, the city will allow for an annual price increase based on the CPI.
