As of 02/25/2022 This project will be rebid. F.H. Paschen is accepting individual trade package bids on behalf of Keeneyville School District 20 The project consists of general renovation work throughout the Districts facilities. Trades include Selective Demolition, General Trades, Painting, Resilient Flooring, Epoxy Flooring, ACT Ceilings, Mechanical, and Electrical. The budget range for this project is $1.6 million to $1. million. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Project Locations: At: Greenbrook Elementary School 5540 Arlington Circle Hanover Park, Il 60133, Spring Wood Middle School 5540 Arlington Drive E Hanover Park, Il 60133, Waterbury Elementary School 355 Rodenburg Road Roselle, Il 60172. FHP requests Bids from Subcontractors, Subconsultants, and Suppliers to complete the Work as summarized in Section II. Subcontractors shall deliver sealed bids to the attention of F.H. Paschen - Summer 2022 Renovations and addressed to: 5540 Arlington Dr E, Hanover Park, IL 60133, no later than the Bid Due Date and Time. Bidders must clearly indicate project name, name of bidder and trade package you are submitting on. Please be advise that it will take approximately 30 minutes to go through security in order to drop off the bid. FHP will only accept bids that have been submitted on, or before the Bid Due Date for the work described herein. FHP will not be held responsible for late bid deliveries for any reason or Bids that were emailed and not submitted in accordance with the above instructions. The Bidder agrees its bid shall remain valid for a period of up to 60 days after receipt of bid and the bid cannot be withdrawn until that time
