Site work for a mixed-use development in Russellville, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a swimming pool.
The Project includes the following Work: Swimming pool repairs. Documents should be directed to Lamp Rynearson at 816.361.0440. The site can be inspected by appointment only. Schedule a time for a site visit with Mr. Terry Thomas, Parks Director, Russellville Recreation and Parks (call 479-968-7234 or e-mail tthomas@rsvlar.org). Bid Security. Each Bid shall be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Bid Bond (on the form included with the Bidding Documents) in the amount of 5% of total bid amount (base bid plus add alternates) and shall be payable without condition to City of Russellville, AR as a guarantee that the Bidder, if successful, will execute the Agreement and provide an acceptable Contract Bond from an approved surety in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract Price. Payment Procedures. The Owner will issue payment to the Contractor in the amount of 90% of the contracted value of the completed work as of the end of the preceding month, as recommended by the Engineer. Payment for the balanced retained will be issued by the Owner upon completion of the work and approval thereof by the Owner's Engineer, city or other governmental agency approval when necessary, and acceptance by the Owner. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
