Refer to SOW. The magnitude of the construction project is less than $25,000. Period of Performance: 03/01/2022 to 11/26/2022 MBE (2.4%), WBE (6.9%), SBE (100%) The US Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 1, Malheur National Wildlife Refuge, 36391 Sodhouse Lane, Princeton OR 97721 has a requirement to replace office heating and cooling systems. Install heating and cooling system in the Museum Install ductless HVAC system to support a 900sqft museum and 300sqft office with 2 (2) units/ports. The building is constructed of stone. The walls vary in thickness roughly 18" to 24". Lines may be run up through the attic space if condensation pump is installed. . Install plastic or metal line hide coverings over system pipes on exterior of building. Paint any exterior line hides red to match existing trim color. Remove currant electric heaters and all electrical components associated with the heater. Repair any holes or damages to ceiling caused by the heaters.
