Bids for 2022 Miscellaneous Waterline Replacements Base Bid o Replacement of approximately 23 water services o Installation of approximately 1268 Lin.Ft. of 6" waterline Alternate Bid o Replacement of approximately 32 water services o Installation of approximately 1427 Lin.Ft. of 6" waterline Completion- October 21, 2022 Said work and each bid submitted shall comply strictly to the specifications and instructions to bidders prepared by the Service Department and now on file in the City Service Center, for use by the prospective bidder. This Bid Proposal can also be obtained through the link on the City web site electronically. Said work shall be subjected to the prevailing rate of wages as established by the Ohio Department of Commerce. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any defect in a bid which does not materially alter the contract documents. the purpose of this project is to replace the existing south light street water main with a new 6" water main from court street to west main street, to replace the existing south kensington place water main from 250 south kensington place to 332 south kensington place, and to replace the existing warder street water main from north greenmount avenue to north florence street.
