The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 4, is conducting a market survey to identify potential sources to perform a firm fixed price contract for Clinical Office Furniture receiving, delivery, assembly and installation for the Lebanon VA Medical Center, (LVAMC), 1700 S. Lincoln Avenue, Lebanon, PA 17042. The Contractor shall receive the furniture listed below from the VA Warehouse, 112 East Main Street, Myerstown, PA 17067. The Contractor shall then deliver the furniture to the Lebanon VA Medical Center, 1700 South Lincoln Avenue, Lebanon, PA 17042, Building 18, Floor 2, and assemble and install the furniture on site.
