The City of Cave Springs will receive sealed bids for the construction of the Pace Lane Improvements. The project consists of approximately 1000 linear feet of roadway construction including the installation of 6" of class 7 base and 3" of asphalt surface, with associated earthworks. This project also includes the installation of approximately 35 LF of triple run of 8' X 4' reinforced concrete box culvert with headwalls and wingwalls along with approximately 450 linear feet of channel excavation and grading. Each Bid must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by a certified check or bid bond executed on the prescribed form, payable to the City of Cave Springs, Arkansas in an amount not less than 5 percent of the amount bid. The Work shall be Substantially Complete within 75 consecutive calendar days and ready for Final Payment in accordance with the General Conditions within 90 consecutive calendar days after the date when the Contract Time commences to run as provided in Notice to Proceed.
