This mandate provides for the rehabilitation of the infrastructure of the descent from the underground parking lot serving the building at 3285 rue des Châteaux in Laval. The project involves re-paving the descent from the underground parking lot as well as repairing the concrete curbs. The project also includes replacing the gutter and the approach slab. No modification to the drainage network and/or retention system is planned, rainwater drains by gravity to the gutter. The tender documents, any document to which they refer as well as any additional document related thereto can only be obtained through the Electronic Tender System or at 1 866 669-7326). Obtaining documents is subject to Electronic Tender System fees. The Office municipal d'habitation de Laval does not undertake to accept either the lowest or the highest or any of the tenders received without incurring any obligation or expense of any kind towards the tenderer(s) . award is subject to final approval.
