Renovation of a municipal facility in Regina, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Replacement of sewer line and domestic water line throughout the building, renovation of washrooms on 2nd floor to match one existing that has been completed. The project involves plumbing, electrical, plumbing fixtures, flooring and architectural work required to facilitate the installation and removal of the plumbing systems. The Contractor must perform and complete the Work by June 30th, 2022. This is a first phase (Phase one) of a two-phase competition: the first phase will pre-qualify bidders based on mandatory requirements as per the attached Request for Qualifications; second phase (Phase two) will invite the qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. The list of pre-qualified bidders resulting from Phase One will be valid for a period of 60 days upon notification of meeting the mandatory requirements or upon award of contract in Phase Two whichever comes first. Documents may be obtained through the GETS service provider on the Government of Canada Web site at: http://buyandsell.gc.ca/procurement-data/tenders
