Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 02/25/2022 5:00 PM (PST) The College is requesting bids for the purchase of audio visual equipment and supplies for several upcoming projects within the next year. The project item forecasts are for the following projects: - Building 26B-1563C Hyflex - Building 16F El Centro - Gym & Aquatics - Student Center Phase I Bids shall only be submitted electronically via the Mt. SAC PlanetBids Vendor Portal. No other forms of bid will be accepted. All bid items and statements shall be accurately and thoroughly completed, Bid Proposals submitted on other than the electronic bid forms or Bid Proposals not conforming to these Instructions and General Conditions, may be deemed non-responsive and may be rejected. The Bid must conform and be responsive to all Bid documents and shall be submitted electronically via the Mt. SAC PlanetBids Vendor Portal, and the complete bid together with any and all additional materials as required, must be submitted to the DISTRICT and must be electronically submitted on or before the bid deadline. It is the bidder's sole responsibility to ensure that their bid is received prior to the bid deadline. Any bid received after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids shall be refused. Bid tabulations will be available immediately after the bid closing within the PlanetBids portal.
