Solicitation No: W912PP-19-F-0059 Contract No: W91238-18-D-0019 CONSTRUCT SOUTH WILMOT GATE, DAVIS-MONTHAN DB-Construct a high-capacity/multi-lane installation entrance and commercial vehicle inspection station at the South entrance to Davis-Monthan AFB to connect on-base Yuma Road directly with off-base South Wilmot Road (see below). Project to include: Split-face block buildings with reinforced concrete foundation and floor slab, standing-seam metal roof system, fire detection and protection, all utilities/lighting, Air Conditioning: 20 Tons, site improvements, landscaping, access roads, curbing, sidewalks entrance cover, asphalt pavement and parking. This project will comply with Department of Defense Antiterrorism/Force Protection requirements (see Unified Facilities Criteria 4-010-01) In accordance with FAR 36/DFARs 236, the estimated construction price range for this project is: Between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000.
