Located east of the existing Vo-Tech Building and connected to the northeast corner of the Vo-Tech Building with a 12 feet by 9 feet vestibule. The new building is to be a pre-engineered metal building with an eave height of 12 feet. Interior walls to be metal stud construction with sound batt insulation. Interior wall finish is to be metal panel liner, with exposed fabric and strap supported roof insulation system. The building footprint is approximately 75 feet by 70 feet with a total building square footage of approximately 5,396 including the vestibule. b. Base Bid - Tiger Plaza Complex - Concessions, locker rooms, storage, and public toilet rooms. Located in the Tiger Plaza southwest of the field bleachers and north of the elementary school. The new building is wood construction fully insulated with wood truss roof. Exterior finish to be metal siding on sheathing with metal roof on sheathing. Interior finishes to be fiberglass reinforced panels on plywood substrate, moisture resistant gypsum board ceiling painted, and sealed concrete floor slab. The building is to be heated and cooled with fresh air intake and exhaust air. The building footprint is 100 feet by 46 feet with a building area of 4,600 square feet. c. Base Bid Alternate Bid - Tiger Plaza Complex - Tile walls on concrete backer board in public toilet rooms. d. Alternate Bid #1 - Tiger Field Press Box - New three-story building with fire retardant treated wood construction fully insulated with single-sloped ceiling press box area. Exterior finish to be metal siding on sheathing with metal roof on sheathing. Interior finishes to be painted gypsum board with luxury vinyl tile flooring and plastic laminate countertop work areas. Top floor press box has seven booth areas with 6 feet by 6 feet sliding glass windows. Press box level is to be heated with lower two floors to be storage and unconditioned. Exterior stair access structure to be galvanized steel including stair treads, risers, landings, and railing. The building footprint is 60 feet by 14 feet which equals 840 square feet per floor. e.
