The City of Fayetteville, Arkansas is requesting statements of qualifications from firms interested in providing engineering, architectural, and land surveying services for 2022 street, drainage, bridge, water & sewer, trails, parks, and other projects. All questions related to this RFQ should be sent to Jonathan Smith at jonsmith@fayetteville-ar.gov. Question Cutoff Date: 2/10/2022 03:00 PM (ET) The City of Fayetteville reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive irregularities therein, and all Proposers shall agree that such rejection shall be without liability on the part of the City of Fayetteville for any damage or claim brought by any Proposer because of such rejections, nor shall the Proposers seek any recourse of any kind against the City of Fayetteville because of such rejections. The filing of any Proposal in response to this invitation shall constitute an agreement of the Proposer to these conditions. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
