Service and maintenance work, in general, consists of the following: Lawn maintenance, mowing, edging, trimming, tree and shrub pruning, weeding, chemical applications, open space mowing, open space chemical applications, etc The contract will be for a period beginning March 14, 2022 - November 15, 2022, with Four (4) possible contract extensions The City reserves the right to contract for all, a portion of or to reject all submittals. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all informalities not involving price, time or changes in the work, and the right to disregard all nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced or conditional bids. The Owner also reserves the right to strike any bid item within the bid schedule. The Owner further reserves the right to reject the bid of any bidder if Owner believes that it would not be in the best interest of the maintenance request to make an award to the bidder, whether because the bid is not responsive or the bidder is unqualified or of doubtful financial ability or fails to meet any other pertinent standard or criteria established by Owner.Bidder understands and agrees that the Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding.
