The Putnam County Museum located at 1105 North Jackson Street Greencastle, Indiana 46135 is seeking bids/proposals from architect and design teams to provide design options for possible renovations to the facility. The Board of the Museum is interested in designs for possible renovations to 23,431 square feet (of the approximately 45,000 GSF building) and possible realignment of currently used spaces (11,385 SF leased tenant space and 10,184 SF museum office, exhibit and storage space). Possible renovation options include: floor finishes, paint and wall coverings, light fixtures, and structural changes to meet current and future expected needs meeting state and local public safety requirements. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
