Fire Door Replacement. In general the work consists of the replacement of 33 fire rated doors within the exit stair enclosures. Along with this replacement will be minor removal and replacement of adjacent ceilings. The construction of a new fire rated wall above the ceiling to the concrete deck above. Electrical work will include the removal and replacement of magnetic hold-open devices and fire alarm components.
