It is the intention of Pays Plat First Nation (PPFN) to establish a roster of pre-qualified general contractors with the relevant expertise, resources, and experience to perform various services as outlined in this Request for Pre-qualification (RFPQ) document. Given the nature of the work involved, S. Burnett & Associates Limited (SBA) will only be inviting those who are most experienced, and suited to the requirements outlined in this document, to bid on and undertake the specified scope of work. The purpose of this document is to identify the highest scoring vendors by means of pre-qualification who will then be invited to submit bids for the proposed scope of work. Upon identification of the pre-qualifying vendors, a competitive bidding process will be initiated. It is not the intent of this undertaking to present the detailed scope of work, rather it is an opportunity for interested contractors to provide a submission reflecting their suitability to act as a general contractor for this project. Estimated Construction Budget Range: $1.5 M - $3.5 M
