The County and The Family Arena are seeking proposals via this RFP after rejecting bids for this same project in IFB 22-032. No bids were previously awarded, and this RFP supersedes IFB 22-032. St. Charles County is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide the Family Arena with LED video displays. The LED displays must work with existing equipment as provided in this bid. This equipment list may not be all inclusive but will provide the primary items that need to be monitored and accessed. The electronic version of this RFP is available upon request. The document was created in Microsoft Word for Windows. The Purchasing Office does not guarantee the completeness and accuracy of any information provided on the electronic version. Therefore, Offerors are cautioned that the hard copy of this RFP on file in the Purchasing Office governs in the event of a discrepancy between the information contained in or on the electronic version and that which is on the hard copy.
