The County and The Family Arena are seeking proposals via this RFP after rejecting bids for this same project in IFB 22-032. No bids were previously awarded, and this RFP supersedes IFB 22-032.
St. Charles County is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide the Family Arena with LED video displays. The LED displays must work with existing equipment as provided in this bid. This equipment list may not be all inclusive but will provide the primary items that need to be monitored and accessed. The electronic version of this RFP is available upon request. The document was created in Microsoft Word for Windows. The Purchasing Office does not guarantee the completeness and accuracy of any information provided on the electronic version. Therefore, Offerors are cautioned that the hard copy of this RFP on file in the Purchasing Office governs in the event of a discrepancy between the information contained in or on the electronic version and that which is on the hard copy. The Offeror must possess the necessary and appropriate business and/or professional licenses in their field. The Offeror is required to clearly identify any deviations from the specifications in their proposal. Sealed proposals received after the designated time of the receipt of the sealed proposals will be considered as "Void" and will not be opened. The County reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any and all proposals, or parts of any proposal, for any reason whatsoever and waive technicalities. The County will only accept proposals that are responsive to the RFP and are prepared and submitted in compliance with the requirements set forth in this RFP. Anticipated Completion Date August 01, 2023 A 100% Performance and Payment Bond in favor of the Owner. The Security Co. representing Contractor must be authorized to do business in the State of Missouri and be approved by Owner. Performance and Payment bond will be required if project is $50,000.00 or greater.
