The Work is to be done in accordance with the Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents on file in the Owner's office located at 1717 E. Miraloma Avenue, Placentia, California 92870, which plans and specifications are designated as above, and which documents are by this reference incorporated herein. Attendance is not mandatory but is recommended. At the Pre-Bid Meeting, Bidders will have the opportunity to visit the worksite and ask questions regarding local conditions, construction, labor difficulties, and restrictions related to the execution of the Work under the Contract. The Work involves performing all work and furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment, as provided by the Contract Documents, for YLWD Well 22 pump system installation, mechanical and electrical work, approximately 1100 linear-foot of water pipeline installation, fence installation, and AC paving. Contract No. J-2009-22 #22.
