REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSAL REDBERRY: PHASE IV; Amendment I Hike & Bike Trail A 4039 I10, SAN ANTONIO, TX 78219 DESCRIPTION: Casey Development (Casey), is a Construction Management Services to the San Antonio Housing Trust Public Facility Corporation which provides oversight for the construction of public infrastructure improvements at the Red Berry Estate located at 4039 I-10, San Antonio, Tx 78219. Along with private development located between Gembler Rd. and IH10, these public improvements are expected to facilitate growth on the Citys east side in four separate phases through the Summer of 2022. Casey seeks responsive proposals through the procurement of qualified contractors as well as Minority Businesses, Womens Business Enterprises and Section 3 Business to complete the required scopes for Phase IV; Amendment I as described below: Location: 4039 I10, SAN ANTONIO, TX 78219 (Trail Entrance located in front of RK Group Headquarters vehicle gate) Scope includes, but is not limited to: o Provide and install of storm water pollution prevention plan o Survey staking of areas noted in the project documents. o Testing / inspection services (soil & concrete) as it relates to new sidewalks. o Landscaping/revegetation of areas disturbed by work. o Sitework as it relates to clearing vegetation and installing base under concrete sidewalks. o Provide & install concrete & reinforcement as it pertains to concrete sidewalks o Provide & install metal bollards and trail signage. o All coordination, permitting and road closures required by governing City and/or utility authorities o Ensuring employee wage rates coincide with governing authority Davis Bacon rates and submitting employee hours and back-up to LCP Tracker system.
