Renovation of a municipal facility in Hanover, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
All inquiries for information should be directed to: Steven Rusch, Purchasing Division Director, (804) 365-6103 or skrusch@hanovercounty.gov and must be received no later than five (5) working days before the due date. In compliance with this Invitation for Bids and to all the conditions imposed therein, the undersigned agrees to furnish the goods/services at the price(s) indicated In the Pricing Schedule. The Contractor shall supply all equipment, materials, tools, labor and supervision needed to remove and dispose of a Thermal Solutions 1 MBTU propane fueled boiler and provide and install a new Thermal Solutions (or approved equivalent) 1.5 MBTU propane fueled boiler. All work shall be completed within 16 weeks of the date of award.
