Additional Requests For Clarification or Site Visits: Prospective Contractors may request that the Academy clarify information contained in this RFB, and may also request a site visit at the Academy. All such requests must be made in writing via email. All site visit requests must be made prior to February 21, 2022. The Academy will attempt to provide a written response to all written Requests For Clarification within two (2) business days after the receipt of such request. The Academy will not respond to any Request For Clarification received after 3:00 p.m. on February 21, 2022. No response will be made to any oral questions. All questions and answers will be email to those contractors attending the Pre-Bid Conference No site visits will be granted after February 14, 2022. Deadline for Written Requests For Clarifications 3:00 p.m. - February 21, 2022 Generally, the Work consists of the following as set forth by Mechanical Electrical Engineering Consultants Specifications in APPENDIX B: 1. Removal / Demolition existing six (6) Roof Top AC Units (RTU) 2. Support Curbs to remain in place, slight modifications per structural plans. 3. Disconnect and remove existing controls and electrical feeds supplying power to RTU's 4. Remove and re-install existing screen tie-beams as needed for removal and instillation of AC Units. Extend selected beams up above new RTU's as shown on structural plans 5. Furnish and install new structural supports per specifications 6. Supply and Install new Roof Top AC Units on existing structural rail and curb 7. Connect to existing ductwork, route condensate line to roof drain 8. Install Controls to each RTU & reprogram to match existing setpoints. Interlock with existing automation system 9. Provide and install new electrical feeds & electrical equipment / devices for six (6) RTU's
