It is the intent and purpose of Lubbock Power & Light that this request permits competitive proposals. It is the Offeror's responsibility to advise Lubbock Power & Light Purchasing Manager if any language, requirements, etc., or any combinations thereof, inadvertently restricts or limits the requirements stated in this RFP to a single source. Such notification must be submitted in writing and must be received by the Lubbock Power & Light Purchasing Office no later than five (5) business days prior to the proposal closing date. A review of such notifications will be made. All Requests for Additional Information or Clarification Concerning This Request for Proposal (Rfp) Must Be Submitted in Writing No Later Than Five (5) Business Days Prior to the Proposal Closing Date and Addressed to: Felix Orta, Purchasing Manager Electric Utilities Lubbock Power & Light 1314 Ave K - 5th Floor Lubbock, Texas 79401 Email: forta@lpandl.com. Lubbock Power & Light reserves the right to postpone the date and time for accepting proposals through an addendum.
