Wayne State University Stadium Structural Repairs Due Date for questions shall be February 9, 2022 at 12:00 Noon. All questions must be reduced to writing and emailed to the attention of Valerie Kreher, Senior Buyer at rfpteam2@wayne.edu, copy to Robert Kuhn, Senior Buyer at: ac6243@wayne.edu. A satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and Surety Company, in an amount equal to not less than five percent (5%) of the maximum proposal amount shall be submitted with each Proposal, which amount may be forfeited to the Board of Governors, Wayne State University, if the successful Bidder refuses to enter into a Contract within ninety (90) days from receipt of Proposals Right to reject any and all proposals, either in whole or in part and to waive any irregularities therein is reserved by the Owner.
