The intent of this Invitation for Bid is to establish a one-time contract with a vendor to provide up to 220 Axis Internet Protocol (IP) cameras with ancillary accessories. The City of Tallahassee is requesting pricing from vendors for Intelligent Transportation System IP cameras for traffic monitoring. The vendor will provide the NEW IP cameras with ancillary accessories only; no used, demos, or refurbished models will be accepted. City forces will perform configuration and installation services. Pricing shall be "Firm Price" and F.O.B. destination. The City of Tallahassee is sales tax-exempt and will provide a certificate upon contract execution. The City has requested pricing for Option Lot #1: Axis Q6315-LE, Option Lot # 2: Axis Q6075-E, and OPTION Lot # 3: Axis Q6135-LE. However, the City will award based on the lowest price of the selected Lot. The City reserves the right to select whichever Lot best serves the City's needs. The awarded Vendor must be able to deliver all items from the selected Option LOT no later than September 30, 2022, to be considered responsive.
