Bid is for the purchase of fastener products such as bolts, screws, cap screws, nuts, washers and threaded rod on an AS-NEEDED BASIS purchased for and delivered to the Narragansett Bay Commission Field's Point Wastewater Treatment Facility at 2 Ernest Street, Providence, RI 02905. Blanket Period will be from April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023. Narragansett Bay Commission (NBC) reserves the right to extend blanket for three (3) additional twelve (12) month renewal periods provided there is no change in the terms, conditions, specifications, and prices and provided that such renewals are mutually agreed to by both parties. Fastener product pricing shall remain firm for one (1) year period from contract award. Blanket renewals cannot exceed six percent (6%) per year on the price(s) prevailing at the time of renewal. Questions Regarding These Specifications Should Be Directed to Sal Caparelli via Email Scaparelle@narrabay.com by No Later Than February 4, 2022. NBC reserves the right to reject any fasteners supplied which does not meet the grading standards, head marking or identification, and shall be returned at the Contractor's expense.
