General Requirements - Insurance Required - Contractors License Required All Bids must be in accordance with the Contract Documents on file with the Town of Frederick. Copies of the Contract Documents, complete with Drawings and Specifications, may be obtained from Town's website Completion of the Work is required as specified in the Agreement. Bid Security in the amount of 5% the total Bid Price must accompany each Bid in the form specified in the Instructions to Bidders. Within 5-business days of the date of the Notice of Award, the successful Bidder will be required to furnish Performance Bond and a Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract Amount, guaranteeing faithful performance and the payment of all bills and obligations arising from the performance of the Agreement. No Bids will be considered which are received after the time indicated.
