Robins & Morton (Construction Manager at WCY) is seeking general contracting, demolition, abatement, sitework, concrete, carpentry, millwork, shingle roofing, waterproofing, doors, frames, windows, drywall, ceramic tile, carpet/resilient flooring, painting signage, wall protection, toilet accessories, extinguishers, window shades, fire protection (sprinklers), plumbing, HVAC, electrical, communications, and security subcontractors for the Waco Center for Youth Package 1 located in Waco, Texas. This process will be a bid based on Construction Documents. Subcontractor bonding may be required for this project.
