Site work for a water / sewer project in Skokie, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Bidders will be required to certify that for all work to be performed pursuant to the Contract Documents, at least the prevailing rate of wages as found and determined by the Illinois Department of Labor for Cook County will be paid to all workers and employees employed and working on the project. Any bid or proposal submitted unsealed, unsigned, faxed or received after the due date and time will be disqualified and returned to the bidder. The Village of Skokie reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities or informalities in bidding procedures and to award the contract in a manner best serving the interest of the Village. Scope of work includes approximately 12,680 linear feet of sanitary and storm sewer lining in various sizes of curedin-place pipe (CIPP) lining, and 8,600 linear feet of heavy cleaning.
