For Planned Service for the Township HVAC Systems. To secure a contract for Planned Service for Township HVAC Systems services in, but not limited to the Municipal Complex/Police Station, Police Sub-Station, DPW Building, and Senior Center. The Township has a need for a CONTRACTOR to provide Planned Service for Township HVAC systems for a one year contract March 2022 Through February 28, 2023 with an option to the Townships for a second year contract March 2023 February 2024. The second year contract is the sole discretion of the Township. The Contractor will be on call for emergency services and repairs. The Township will provide as much notice as possible but in emergency situations the contractor must report to DPW within two (2) hours of call. Bidder shall submit with the bid a certified check, cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total price bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00 payable unconditionally to the Township. When submitting a Bid Bond, it shall contain Power of Attorney for the full amount of the Bid Bond from a surety company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey. Automobile Liability :Coverage for all owned, non-owned and hired vehicles with limits not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence, combined single limits (CSL) or its equivalent. Workers Compensation :As required by the State of New Jersey and Employers Liability with limits not less than $1,000,000 per accident for bodily injury or disease.
