This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Burns Lake, British Columbia. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

The Regional District of Bulkley-Nechako (RDBN) wishes to hire a consultant to conduct a physical solid waste characterization study and recycling feedstock inventory. The primary objective of the waste audit is to characterize, by location, the stable municipal solid waste generated from regular residential and commercial activity and create a feedstock inventory of recyclable materials with local market potential. The Regional District utilizes seven transfer stations and two primary landfill facilities to handle the Region's solid waste. To account for seasonal variations in waste generation, a minimum of four (4) sampling events are to be carried out between May 2022 and May 2023.
