Site work and paving for a civil project in Addison, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The scope of work for this project includes public infrastructure improvements for Bella Lane south of the existing bridge over Farmers Branch Creek. The project limits will begin at the end of the existing concrete roadway section, south of the bridge, and continue south approximately 477 Linear Feet (LF). The project includes demolition of existing asphalt pavement & culvert, construction of new sanitary sewer lines, construction of new water lines, construction of new storm drain lines, construction of new electric duct bank facilities (per Oncor Electric Standards) across the new roadway and construction of new 22 foot wide reinforced concrete pavement. For information on bidding or work to be performed, please submit all questions on Civcast online website. All questions must be received by 5:00pm on Tuesday, February 22, 2022. All questions received by this deadline will be answered by 5:00pm on Friday, February 25, 2022. If the Contractor fails to complete the Work within the time specified in the contract, the Contractor shall pay liquidated damages to the Town of Addison in the amount of $ 500 for each calendar day of delay until the Work is completed or accepted.
