The scope of work includes cleaning, television inspection, and preparation of pertinent inspection reports for all inspections as outlined in the contract documents. The work consists of sewer line cleaning and closed-circuit televising (CCTV) inspection of approximately 5,600 linear feet of 8" diameter of sanitary sewer. Any technical questions regarding the bid documents are to be directed to LSSE. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Authority. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to the Authority. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid may be withdrawn for ninety (90) calendar days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids. Attention is directed to the fact that procurement is subject to all requirements of the Pennsylvania "Steel Products Procurement Act, Act No. 1978-3"and The Public Works Employment Verification Act (July 2012) apply.
