Intersection Improvements at the intersection of Williamson Blvd. and Strickland Range Rd. in Daytona Beach including widening Williamson Blvd. through the intersection, adding turn lanes, replacing a drainage culvert with a large box culvert, and adding a traffic signal. The project will be entirely within County ROW. There are no railroads, private property, or other government agencies involved. If applicable, should the Contractor fail to timely meet the Work requirements of the Project by the Completion Date, the parties hereto agree that as liquidated damages, and not as penalty, the Contractor shall pay to the County ONE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED NINETY-FOUR DOLLARS and no/100 ($1,694.00) for each day after the Completion Date, until the Project is completed, as certified by the County Project Manager.
