Storm Sewer Headwalls; 7 EA 10-foot Curb Inlet; 2 EA 15-foot Curb Inlet; 2 Drop Inlet; 24 LF 8-inch PVC Water; 3471 LF 12-inch PVC Water; 8 EA 6-inch Gate Valve; 1 EA 8-inch Gate Valve; 11 EA 12-inch Gate Valve; 8 EA Fire Hydrant Assemblies; 9317 SY Grass Sod; 10,511 SY Hydro-mulch and other Miscellaneous Items. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope externally marked- Rabbit Ridge Phase 2 Paving, Drainage, and Water Improvements. Prequalification is not required. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any irregularities and/or to accept the bid or bids deemed best for the City. Completion time for the project is 270 Calendar Days. Plans may also be requested in electronic form by emailing the engineer at kar@huitt-zollars.com. There is no deposit for electronic plans. A 5% Bid Bond is due with the bids. A Performance, Payment, and Maintenance Bond (2-year) is required for this project. Only those Bids received from Contractors who have obtained the plans and specifications (physically or electronically) for this project from the Engineer and are listed on the City's plan holders list, will be opened at the Bid Opening for consideration
