Napa Berryessa Resort Improvement District (NBRID) is seeking a Consultant for exploratory subsurface work, Laboratory Testing & Geotechnical Engineering Services. NBRID is seeking a qualified engineering firm or team to provide professional services and assist NBRID with the preparation of construction drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and other design documents to restore the District's wasterwater pond site grades and embankments impacted by a slide in 2021. NBRID retains the right to select any number of qualified finalists. NBRID reserves the right to waive any irregularities in the proposal. In addition, NBRID reserves the right to issue written notice to all participating firms of any changes in the proposal submission schedule should NBRID determine in its sole and absolute discretion that such changes are necessary. NBRID reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, cancel the project prior to contract execution, or remove specific scope of work task. NBRID reserves the right to terminate this RFP upon three (3) days notice to all prospective proposers, and reserves the right to reject all responses to the RFP.
